Silver Brook HR is a full-featured HRIS system with deep integrations to Dynamics SL and interfaces to other payroll systems.
Silver Brook HR looks and acts exactly like Microsoft Dynamics SL because it is written as a true Microsoft Dynamics SL module with the same VB Tools for Solomon used by Microsoft's Dynamics SL developers. All of the standard Dynamics SL features, such as customization, templates, transaction import and object model, work with our product the same as with standard Dynamics SL modules.

Silver Brook ACA Compliance
Silver Brook ACA Compliance is designed to allow Dynamics SL users whether they use Dynamics SL payroll alone, Silver Brook HR alone, or both products. Most clients with utilize the Standard Edition to report offers of coverage. Self-insured clients will use the Self-Insured Edition which includes reporting of covered individuals, covered part-time employees, persons on COBRA, and other non-employee participants.
Both editions provide the ability to import employees and hours worked from the best available data source - whether it be Silver Brook Human Resources or Dynamics SL payroll. HR users will be able to import actual coverage eligibility and minimum employee cost for employee-only coverage information; users who use only SL payroll will be able to specify default values to be applied to all persons. Look-back processing to determine a person's full-time status and eligibility for health care coverage can be performed on an annual or semi-annual basis. Both editions generate printed forms for distribution to employees, printed forms for submission to the IRS, and XML files for e-filing with the IRS.
