SANDLER*KAHNE SOFTWARE, INC. AND Solomon Cloud Solutions INTRODUCE SK GLOBAL SOFTWARE LLC AND NAME SCOTT CAUDLE NEW CEO

Sandler*Kahne Software announces today its plan to operate under a new company name, SK Global Software, LLC.  All Sandler*Kahne Software employees along with Solomon Cloud Solutions’ (formerly Plumbline Solutions) AX development and support team will join forces to form the new company.  SK Global will continue developing value-add software solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics community, while expanding the organization’s focus on growth in the global marketplace. With this evolution, Scott Caudle joins the team as partner and Chief Executive Officer. These changes will go into effect January 1, 2015.

Creating a newer, stronger company by partnering with Plumbline Solutions was a logical next step in achieving that vision”, stated Rick Sandler, co-founder of Sandler*Kahne Software. Over the last twenty years, Sandler*Kahne Software has dedicated its efforts to growing a strong partner channel and, as a result, serves over 400 business partners and 1300 customers. The company is best known for the ever-popular eBanking Suite products for Dynamics SL and AX. The organization’s customer list spans the globe, as small, mid-sized, and enterprise businesses around the world actively use one or more of the modules included in The eBanking Suite. 

Vern Strong, CEO at Solomon Cloud Solutions (formerly Plumbline Solutions), will join the SK Global Software Board of Directors and bring with him over thirty years of experience with software publishing and partnership in the Microsoft community. Tim Kahne and Rick Sandler will continue as active executives in the new company and will be joined by Scott Caudle, whose mission will be to further enhance the global expansion of the award winning eBanking Suite. He is well-known in the Microsoft Dynamics reseller channel, having served as a senior executive for the past twenty years for two of the channel’s largest resellers and has actively served on multiple product advisory boards with Microsoft.
